Automation Product Sales Support Specialist
Our client has a vacancy for an Automation Product Sales Specialist. As a key member of their talented and successful products team, this is an interesting, varied, and challenging customer-facing role that is designed to support and increase market share. Working closely with their field sales team you will provide application, product knowledge and sale support during customer visits. The role is home based, with regional travel required. The role covers a broad portfolio of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic control solutions, including cylinders, actuators, grippers, valves, air preparation and management systems, vacuum technology, flow control, and industrial filtration. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of activities using our CRM system Grow sales of the product range through supporting the salesforce and their customers Understand and have the ability to use the value proposition of the product range responsible for and business value to grow sales. Identifying, researching, and gaining application knowledge for new opportunities for the product range. Promote the product range responsible for by creating marketing material, training material, and identifying trade shows where the range will achieve exposure. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers consulting with them to solve problems from a technical perspective. Meet and exceed targets.
