Feasibility Assessment:Automation Feasibility: Assess the feasibility of full automation versus semi-automation for the proposed solutions.3. Requirements Discussion:Developer Collaboration: Discuss the gathered requirements with developers to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.4. Timeline and Prioritization:Timeline Assessment: Evaluate the timeline for project completion, considering business criticality.Prioritisation: Prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency.5. Sprint Planning:Plan Sprints: Conduct sprint planning sessions to organize and schedule development tasks.6. Business Communication:Keep Stakeholders Informed: Regularly update business stakeholders on project timelines and progress.7. Business as Usual (BAU):Issue Management: Manage and resolve any issues or escalations that arise.Fix Planning: Prioritize and plan fixes for any identified problems.8. Technical Understanding:PowerApps experience - Canvas and Model-Driven Apps: Gain a thorough understanding of both canvas apps and model-driven apps.Security and Integration: Understand security settings and integrations with various data sources.9.
