Automation Engineer

Join GXO as an Automation Engineer at our Avonmouth site supporting the Amazon contract. You''ll maintain and improve a highly automated operation featuring roller conveyor networks and Intralox sorter technology, helping to maximise reliability, performance and uptime. The role is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, offering excellent variety across planned maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement projects. You''ll play a key role in keeping the operation running safely and efficiently while working with advanced automation systems in a fast-paced engineering environment. This is a full time, permanent, position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:00.
