We are recruiting for an experienced Automation Engineer to work from their Congleton siteAUTOMATION ENGINEER JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking an Automation Engineer, where as the main responsibility is to; have project responsibility within the electrical and automation disciplines, doing PLC/HMI software development and programming based upon the client s standard system software, support the commissioning engineers during start-up of new plants and upgrade existing plants, give plant operational support, proactively support and cooperate with all engineering disciplines to achieve optimal design results.AUTOMATION ENGINEER DUTIES Project responsibility within the electrical and automation disciplinesPLC / HMI software development based on the client s standard system softwareFurther develop the client s standard system software, process simulator and data analysis toolsRemote/site support to the commissioning engineers during start-up of new plants, upgrading of existing plants and general plant operational supportDocumentationAssist the Technical Maintenance and Support team when required AUTOMATION ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS Strong communicator, fluent in English (spoken and written)High standards and quality-focusedStructured, independent, and results-drivenCollaborative team player, eager to share and learnBachelor/ Master s Degree in ..... full job details .....
