Are you passionate about automation and innovation? We’re looking for an Automation Developer to join our team and help transform the way we work. You’ll be using a mix of RPA platforms and AI tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver real business impact.

The role is on-site, with some flexible working. 

What you’ll be doing as a Automation Developer:

• Assess business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a range of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure/OpenAI services) to extend automation use cases.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions, including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure automation solutions meet governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Monitor and optimise automation performance for scalability and business value.

What we’re looking for in a Automation Developer:

• Experience with RPA tools and automation development.
• Familiarity with AI solutions and how they can be embedded in workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills (e.g., scripting, integrations, APIs).
• An eye for process improvement and delivering measurable results.

Deliverables:

• Documented automation requirements and design specifications.
• Deployed automation workflows and integrations.
• Technical documentation, support guides, and training materials.
• Ongoing monitoring and optimisation of live automations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on development experience with RPA platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-based automation tools and their application in business contexts.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data integration, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in process mapping and business analysis.
• Understanding of automation governance and best practices.
