The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining the smooth and continuous flow of automated warehouse operations, ensuring equipment and conveyor systems remain operational and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely. You will work closely with the Control Room and Engineering teams, acting as a first point of contact for conveyor stoppages, product flow issues and basic faults. Where required, you will escalate technical issues to the engineering team.
