The Automation and Instrumentation Technician will be joining at an exciting time as the company are setting up a new manufacturing plant in Avonmouth, Bristol. The successful Automation and Instrumentation Technician can come from any industry where you have worked on automated equipment. Day to day, the Automation and Instrumentation will carry maintenance on Siemens PLCs, SCADA, sensors, transmitters, load cells and measuring devices. The site is expected to become operational later this year so you can initially expect to be involved in the set up and commissioning of new equipment to familiarise yourself.
