This job is perfect for an Autocad engineer that wants to design the project as well as see it through to completion, manage the commercials of the project and liaise with client on project progress. It is ideal for a person who wants to be office based with client visits.

Requirements

• AutoCAD experience is essential

• Site surveys and measuring on-site

• Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams

• Project management responsibilities throughout delivery

• Project & Contract Management (NEC & Traditional)

• -Cost Planning, Take-Offs, Value Engineering & Margin Control

• Programme Management& Resource Planning

• Commercial Awareness: P&L, Variations, Final Accounts
