Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking an Auto Electrician for a full-time temporary role in Tipton, paying £14.50 per hour. The position involves installing and fitting various electrical components and systems within vehicles, with a focus on low-voltage auto electrical work up to 48V. Responsibilities include interpreting schematic and wiring loom drawings, fitting existing electrical kits such as perimeter lighting, installing hardwired CCTV and vehicle camera systems, and mounting sub-assembled wiring harnesses. All tasks must be completed safely and to a high standard. The successful candidate will work with schematic diagrams and wiring looms, ensuring precise electrical installations. This role requires proficiency with auto electrical systems and a meticulous approach to fitting components.

As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for installing and fitting a range of electrical components and systems, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Working with low-voltage auto electrical systems (up to 48V).
- Reading and interpreting schematic and wiring loom drawings.
- Installing existing electrical kits, including perimeter lighting.
- Fitting hardwired CCTV systems and vehicle camera systems.
- Installing sub-assembled wiring harnesses.
- Carrying out electrical installation work to a high standard.
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 (early finish)
- £14.50ph
