Job Title: Auto Electrician
Location: North Shields
Salary: -35,000 - -40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Holt Automotive is currently recruiting for a skilled Auto Electrician to join a leading team based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to join a stable and growing business offering long-term career prospects and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on a wide range of vehicles, including buses and commercial vehicles
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and components
• Work with various vehicle systems including lighting, alarms, immobilisers, CCTV, and telematics
• Use diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot faults
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality
• Complete relevant documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician, ideally in the PSV or commercial vehicle sector
• Relevant qualifications in Auto Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
