The school provides small class sizes, personalised learning plans, and a strong focus on communication, emotional regulation, and life skills development. The Role As an Autism Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to support students in accessing the curriculum and developing independence.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism. Assist with implementing EHCP targets and structured learning programmes. Support sensory needs using visual timetables and communication tools. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
