      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: &amp;pound;93.00 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Contract | Job: Autism Support Practitioner  Location: Leeds  Type: Full Time - Long Term (Permanent Roles Available)     The Role:  An Autism Support Practitioner will deliver a high level of tailored care and educational support to a range of children and young adults with autism and other learning needs.  You will be confident in supporting a range of learners with their educational progress, developing social skills, whilst promoting self-regulation and development through a range of personalised and adapted interventions across their school day.  The SEN setting for this role is set up with fantastic facilities to help create a nurturing and creative learning environment, including sensory rooms, soft areas, interactive play stations and outdoor education facilities.  The Requirements:   Previous experience supporting children or adults with Autism and/or other learning needs.  Have appropriate knowledge around sensory needs (Visual, Touch, Communication and Hearing) and how to implement suitable sessions for those learners.
