Remedy is seeking a compassionate Autism Support Worker to help students in a Newham secondary school reach their potential. About the Role: You''ll provide 1:1 or small group support for students with ASD, aiding their learning, emotional well-being, and social skills in a school setting. This hands-on role focuses on inclusion, independence, and progress tracking. Key Responsibilities:  Deliver tailored support for communication, social, and behavioural needs. Assist with IEPs and classroom activities. Promote independence and self-confidence. Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and professionals. Monitor progress and ensure safety.
