This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Educational Psychologists while making a genuine difference to the lives of children with additional needs. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated communication and learning needs.Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions focusing on speech, language and social communication.Assist pupils in developing emotional regulation, confidence and independence.Support literacy, numeracy and functional learning across the curriculum.Implement personalised learning strategies and EHCP targets.Use visual supports, communication systems and sensory strategies to maximise pupil engagement.Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver a ..... full job details .....
