Continually develop and implement personalised support plans for supported people.Build positive relationships with supported people.Work in partnership with supported people, their families, support networks, and health professionals.Work with stakeholders to ensure peoples life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support.On a day-to-day basis, enable people to make informed choices using their preferred communication methods.Support supported individuals to take part in chosen activities, attend local events, shop, holidays, etc., including outdoor activities.Complete necessary tasks to maintain homes, including paying bills and supporting decision-making that matters to them.Provide support to help people live as independently as possible with various life skills, which may include personal care.Requirements and role details
Shift work is required, including weekends and evenings.A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.Sleepover rate: £100.80.Pay scale: Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after probation, with potential progression to £13.30.Reference: SA1082.Location: Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom.Additional information
