Working closely with teachers, tutors, and the wider multi-professional team, you will provide tailored support that promotes independence, social development, and emotional wellbeing. You will also assist in planning, delivering, and adapting resources and interventions to meet individual needs. Key Responsibilities Support teachers and tutors in delivering high-quality, inclusive education for students with autism Assist in the implementation of school policies, procedures, and individualised education plans Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to enable students to access the curriculum with increasing independence Promote students'' physical, academic, social, and moral development Organise and maintain engaging classroom environments, including resources and displays Contribute to the preparation and upkeep of student documentation, such as Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Communication Profiles, Risk Assessments, ..... full job details .....
