Working alongside teachers, tutors and our wider multi-professional team, you''ll provide personalised support that reflects each student''s individual strengths, needs and goals. You''ll help remove barriers to learning, encourage social and emotional development, and celebrate progress every step of the way. You''ll also have the opportunity to contribute to planning and delivering engaging activities, adapting resources and using tailored interventions to help every student reach their potential.
