We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Autism Support Worker to empower adults with autism in leading independent and fulfilling lives. You will provide person-centered support, assisting individuals in developing life skills, social interactions, and routines that enhance their confidence and well-beingKey Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support tailored to the unique needs of each person.Assist with daily activities such as meal planning, budgeting, self-care, and community integration.Support communication, emotional regulation, and social interactions using autism-specific strategies.Promote independence through structured routines and skill-building exercises.Advocate for individuals’ rights, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making.Encourage participation in social, recreational, and employment opportunities.Work closely with families, therapists, and healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans.Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and confidentiality policiesRequirements:
