SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - Austria Remote EU WIDE ContractWe''re looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to join a global payroll and HR technology business on a contract basis, supporting the delivery of end-to-end payroll implementations for Austrian clients.This is a fully remote role with travel requirements and operates on a contractor basis - you''ll need to supply your own laptop.The RoleYou''ll work directly with clients to capture payroll requirements, lead workshops, and drive configuration and system setup through to go-live. Day-to-day responsibilities include:Validating and configuring payroll solutions and integrations in line with Austrian legal and regulatory requirementsSupporting data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checksManaging all testing phases - SIT, UAT, parallel runs - and resolving configuration and integration issues with global teamsOverseeing go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilisationTracking project progress and collaborating with project managers and wider delivery teams to hit milestonesWhat You''ll BringDeep knowledge of Austrian payroll legislation and time regulationsProven hands-on experience in SAP payroll configuration and integrationsPayroll Implementation experience must be demonstratedFluency in both English and German - written and spokenStrong client-facing and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to self-manage in a remote environment across global teamsExperience on ..... full job details .....
