You will run a varied portfolio covering corporate audit, some not for profit work, accounts preparation and tax, so the year has some shape to it rather than the same job on repeat. The firm is happy to look at this at either Supervisor or Manager level, so it suits someone ready to step up as much as someone already managing a portfolio.
