Audit Senior Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution and completion of audit assignments in accordance with UK auditing standards.
• Lead and perform audit fieldwork, including substantive testing and analytical review procedures, both remotely and at client sites.
• Take ownership of key sections of audit files, ensuring work is completed accurately, thoroughly and on time.
• Prepare statutory financial statements from client records and identify significant issues or risks for management review.
• Review the work of junior auditors and provide guidance, coaching and constructive feedback.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout audit engagements.

Audit Senior Requirements

To be considered, you will have:

• ACA, ACCA or CA qualification (or be within 12 months of qualifying).
• Strong audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice environment.
• Experience managing audit assignments and taking responsibility for audit sections from planning through to completion.
• Previous experience reviewing junior team members'' work and supporting their development.
