Audit Senior

A well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Sheffield is looking to strengthen its audit team with the appointment of an experienced Audit Senior. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with an extensive client base, where you''ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, develop client relationships and continue progressing your career. You''ll be responsible for managing audit assignments from planning through to completion, working across a varied portfolio of clients and sectors. You''ll have regular exposure to clients and senior members of the team, while also supporting more junior colleagues and taking responsibility for the quality and delivery of your work. The role offers a good balance of technical audit work, client interaction and wider accounts exposure, with plenty of opportunity to develop your experience and progress within the practice. This role would suit an experienced Audit Senior who is ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearly qualified. You''ll ideally have a good background within accountancy practice and be confident managing your own audit assignments, communicating directly with clients and working to deadlines.
