This role sits exactly there.  An established independent firm in Shrewsbury is looking for an Audit Senior to take day-to-day ownership of audit assignments across a genuinely mixed portfolio. Owner-managed businesses, groups, charities, FCA-regulated clients, solicitors, manufacturing and agri-business all sit within the client base, so no two jobs look quite the same.  You will be leading fieldwork, acting as the main point of contact while you are on site, and handing over a file that is ready for manager review. Trainees will be working alongside you, and part of the role is bringing them on.
