ABOUT THE FIRM My client is a well-established local practice that''s part of a large UK and Ireland accountancy and business advisory group. It has the feel of a close-knit local office, with the training, technical support and specialist colleagues of a much bigger firm behind it. The audit team is growing, which is why they''re hiring. THE ROLE You''ll lead audits for a mix of commercial and charity clients from planning through to completion, running the fieldwork, keeping the file in good order and getting it ready for manager review. You''ll be the day-to-day contact for your clients, so there''s plenty of client time. You''ll also help the juniors on each job and answer their questions, which is a big part of what makes a good senior.
