Audit Senior / Audit and Accounts Senior - SUPERB ROLE McGinnis Loy Associates is proud to be working with a fast-growing Top30 Accountancy Practice who are looking to strengthen their Audit function and recruit a Qualified ACA/ACCA Audit Senior for their growing offices near Cheltenham. Reporting to one of the Audit Managers, you will be responsible for: Leading a variety of interesting and smaller Audit assignments across multiple industry sectors, liaising with managers and directors when required Preparing audit files, undertaking audit planning and leading/assisting juniors with fieldwork Ensuring end-to-end audit assignments are completed to a high standard, in time and within budgets agreed with Directors Supervising and reviewing jobs completed by graduate-level members of Audit staff Using accounting software to provide accurate reporting for Managers, Directors and clients Assisting with corporate tax computations for small limited companies and partnerships as required Working with the Outsourcing team to help finalise year-end accounts under the supervision of the Audit Director Maintaining up to date and relevant technical audit knowledge, completing CPD requirements as required Developing and applying your technical Audit knowledge through on-the-job training To be considered for the role which will typically be 80% Audit and 20% Accounts/Tax, you should be a Qualified ACA or Qualified ACCA Accountant, ideally with 2-5+ years external Audit experience of ..... full job details .....
