It is committed to professional development, providing its employees with the opportunity to grow and make a real difference within the business.The Role of Audit Senior Manager Act as audit lead for varied portfolio of clients and actively driving the auditsResponsible for directing all stages of audit including planning, fieldwork and audit completion within agreed budget and acting as an initial point of contact for the clientsWork closely with Audit Partners to ensure audit quality, timely completion and excellent client service.Maintain quality of the audit work, responsible for handling all complex technical matters and hot/ cold reviews of the audit filesManage work in progress and billing on client assignments;Adhere to deadlines, including prompt notification to the partner where problems are likelyto arise or as they arise on each assignment;People management responsibilities covering resource planning and allocation, performance management, training and recommendations for promotion.Act as a mentor and role model to team ..... full job details .....
