Lead and manage audits for a diverse client portfolioDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clientsTrain, mentor, and supervise members of the audit teamEnsure compliance with all necessary regulations and standardsContribute to the firm''s business development and marketing initiativesCollaborate with other departments to offer comprehensive client servicesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changesPrepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders

Profile

A Successful ''Audit Senior Manager'' Should Have

Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalentProven experience in managing audits and leading teamsExcellent knowledge of auditing standards and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and client management skillsThe ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
