Audit Senior

Fantastic new opportunity for an Audit Senior to join a top 20 firm based in Leeds City Centre.As an Audit Senior, you will be/have:Heavily involved in the completion of audit fieldwork/planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, normally on site at client premisesResponsibility for the planning and completion of audit assignments, whilst ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentationPrepare statutory financial statements from client data and highlight high level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner/Manager whilst using a significant degree of your own judgementPlanning the execution and finalisation of the audit assignments for Partner/Manager reviewTo qualify for this Audit Senior role, ideally you will meet the following criteria:Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAPACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualifiedExperience of auditing clients within a variety of industriesExperience coaching and mentoring junior members3-5+ years'' experience working in an accountancy firm.Recent experience working as an Audit SeniorWhat''s on offer?Life assurance schemeHybrid workingFlexible working optionsHealth and wellbeing benefitsOption to buy and sell holidaySalary from £40,000 to £45,000If you are interested in this Audit Senior role or would like any further information, please contact Leah Mason-Wilson at IPS Finance.IPS Finance has 45 years'' experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
