Hybrid Working 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home Clear Career ProgressionA leading and growing accountancy practice is looking to recruit an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Senior to join its expanding Audit team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit Senior looking for greater responsibility, increased client exposure and a clear pathway towards Assistant Manager and Manager level.The firm is continuing to grow and invest in its people, creating wider career opportunities, access to specialist teams and clearly defined progression routes.The RoleAs Audit Senior, you will take responsibility for leading audit assignments across a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with Managers and Partners while supervising junior members of the team.You will be involved throughout the audit process, from initial planning and fieldwork through to completion and review.Key responsibilities will include:Leading audit assignments from planning through to completionArranging and leading audit planning meetingsManaging day-to-day audit fieldwork and workflowPreparing and delegating key areas of audit workSupervising Audit Semi Seniors and AssistantsReviewing junior team members'' workPreparing audit completion sections, including Going Concern and Key Audit Findings ReportsIdentifying and researching technical or higher-risk audit mattersEscalating complex issues to Managers and senior colleagues where appropriateClearing Manager and RI review pointsMonitoring progress against ..... full job details .....
