Hybrid Working 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home Excellent ProgressionA highly regarded and growing accountancy practice is looking to recruit an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Senior to join its expanding Audit team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit Senior who wants greater responsibility, increased client exposure and a clear pathway towards Assistant Manager and beyond.The firm is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and investment, creating broader career opportunities and clearly defined progression routes for ambitious audit professionals.The RoleAs Audit Senior, you will take responsibility for leading audit assignments across a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with Managers and Partners while supervising and developing junior members of the team.You will be involved throughout the entire audit process, from initial planning and fieldwork through to completion and Manager review.Responsibilities will include:Leading audit assignments from planning through to completionArranging and leading audit planning meetingsManaging day-to-day audit fieldwork and team workflowDelegating work effectively across audit teamsSupervising Audit Semi Seniors and AssistantsReviewing junior team members'' audit workPreparing and completing key areas of audit filesPreparing completion sections including Going Concern and Key Audit Findings ReportsIdentifying and researching technical audit issuesEscalating complex or higher-risk matters to Managers ..... full job details .....
