Audit Senior

We''re looking for an Audit Senior to join a collaborative audit team in a mid tier accountancy firm, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries.If you''re looking for greater responsibility, excellent career progression and the opportunity to work in a supportive, people-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.As an Audit Senior, you''ll take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion while building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members.Key responsibilities include:Leading audit assignments across a varied client portfolio.Planning audits and overseeing fieldwork.Preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations.Supervising, coaching and reviewing the work of junior auditors.Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Ensuring work is completed to a high technical standard, on time and within budget.About YouYou''ll ideally be:ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified).Experienced within a UK accountancy practiceConfident leading audits and working directly with clients.A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience of Xero, Sage, Caseware or CCH being advantageous.Proactive, organised and keen to continue developing your career.In return you can expect hybrid and flexible working, genuine opportunities for progression within a growing Top 35 firm, exposure to a wide variety of ..... full job details .....
