Audit Senior Associate (Bermuda)

Overview

A Bermuda-based accountancy firm is seeking Audit Senior Associates for its Asset Management and Insurance practices. The successful applicant will work on a number of audit engagements, primarily in the asset management or insurance industry. Reporting directly to the firm’s managers, directors and partners, you will be expected to act professionally in decision-making and in dealings with clients and service providers.Responsibilities

Responsibilities include working on audit engagements for asset management or insurance clients and maintaining professional standards when interacting with clients and service providers.Requirements

A qualified or soon-to-be qualified accountant i.e. ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CA(SA), CRC etc. [If you have exams still remaining in 2024, this is a great time to apply and secure an offer in advance of passing. All candidates must be qualified by the time of starting in Bermuda].Have at least 3 years’ (at the point of starting) current external audit experience – ideally within a Big Four or Top 10 environment.Financial services (asset management or insurance) experience is not essential as training will be provided.Compensation And Benefits

A competitive remuneration package (salary -US$80,000 - 85,000 income tax free*) that is commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with a relocation and work permit package.There is no income tax in Bermuda only a small payroll tax.Confidentiality When Applying
