This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded independent accountancy firm in the Southwest, playing a central role in delivering audit and advisory services across a diverse and expanding client base.Based out of the Cheltenham office, you''ll manage your own portfolio, work closely with specialist teams, and have genuine scope to develop your career within a firm that invests in its people.What You''ll Be Doing Take full ownership of a client portfolio, overseeing all aspects of audit, accounts, tax, and business advisory work, including ad hoc project assignments Plan and lead audit fieldwork, statutory financial reporting, and completion procedures from start to finish Work on-site with clients and act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for queries and ongoing matters Collaborate with the internal tax team to support pre-year-end planning across both corporate and personal tax Contribute to specialist corporate finance assignments as they arise What We''re Looking For ACA or ACCA qualified Proven supervisory experience, including the ability to coach, guide, and motivate junior team members The ability to see both the broader financial picture and the detail of individual audit balances Strong project management skills, including sound decision-making, analytical thinking, time management, and organisational ability Nice to Have ..... full job details .....
