This isn''t your standard audit position-you''ll manage your own portfolio, work closely with clients, support junior colleagues and be part of a practice that truly invests in developing its people. What You''ll Be Doing Taking charge of audit assignments from planning through to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, fieldwork and final reporting across a varied client base Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted adviser Reviewing work and guiding junior team members, helping them strengthen their audit and accounts skills Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies Ensuring all assignments are delivered efficiently, accurately and to a high technical standard What We''re Looking For ACA/ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified) Minimum of 3 years'' experience within an accountancy practice Solid understanding of UK audit and accounting standards Confident leading audits and managing client relationships Full UK driving licence What''s in It for You?
