Audit, Risk & Assurance Manager

This role leads the internal audit function, drives good governance, and provide high-quality assurance to the senior leadership of the organisation.
A critical position that supports effective risk management and internal controls across the organisation, while promoting transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.

This is the perfect role for someone that has been working as an internal auditor, or perhaps an Audit Manager / Risk Manager in social housing, local authority, or similar sector.
Location is Chatham, Kent - easily commutable from Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Dartford, and parts of Essex like Grays, Rainham, Dagenham, Upminster, etc.
Salary for this full time, permanent role is £63,550 and benefits include hybrid working, generous holiday allowance of 28 days (PLUS bank holidays) and free on site parking.
You should be a Chartered CIIA with a comprehensive knowledge of governance, risk management and internal control, plus excellent technical skills e.g. data analytics software.
