You’ll collaborate with various teams, including financial reporting, Audit and Assurance, and Learning and Development, while maintaining regular communication with senior leadership, including the Head of Audit and compliance partners.Responsibilities
Respond to queries, often of a technical nature, and perform mandatory reviews and consultation for high risk projects.Monitor and research developments in regulatory standards to ensure these are appropriately reflected into the methodology for the firm.Run ISQM1 monitoring, and work on remediation efforts where neededDevelop methodology guidance, templates and technical learning contentDeliver training sessions, and other communications addressing audit, quality, and financial reporting developmentsProvide technical insight to the selection and implementation of new software for the audit teamUndertake internal quality monitoring file reviewsRequirements
Prior experience as a Manager or Senior Manager within a technical and quality functionAbility to demonstrate sound technical competence and experience in auditing and financial reporting mattersEvidence of being a role model with professional scepticism, able to challenge Audit Ris, Partners, and their teamsPrior experience working to ISQM1 standardsBenefits
