Prepare and review statutory and consolidated accounts in line with accounting standards. Supervise and develop junior and semi-senior team members, providing technical guidance and mentoring. Liaise directly with clients, partners, and directors, ensuring smooth delivery and strong relationships. Support business development and practice growth initiatives. Requirements for the Audit Manager: ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified. Proven experience managing audits within an accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounts preparation, and client management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
