My client is looking for an Audit Manager who can effectively manage relationships with clients and prepare Audit Needs Assessments as required. You will conduct internal audit reviews, which will consist of planning, testing, providing recommendations and reporting. As the Audit Manager, you will conduct your work in accordance with the PSIAS/IIA UK standards and where required you will review the work of junior staff. You will attend Audit Committee meetings as the lead representative of the organisation. Key responsibilities of the Audit Manager Carry out internal audit reviews, to include planning, testing, suggesting improvements and reportingConduct all internal audit work in accordance with PSIAS/IIA-UK standardsEffectively manage relationships with clients and attend Audit Committees as the lead representativeLiaise with the Director of Audit, keeping them regularly informed of all significant matters in relation to allocated clientsAmend reports where required to enable them to be finalisedDeliver business development and tender presentations to potential new clientsEnsure all work is completed within the agreed timeframes Required skills and experience of the Audit Manager Holds or studying towards a professional qualificationExperienced with internal auditingPreviously conducted system-based auditsStrong report writing ..... full job details .....
