Audit Manager - Horsham - £65-70k My client is looking for an ACA/ACCA-qualified Audit Manager to join their growing and forward-thinking firm. You''ll manage a portfolio of clients, lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, and play a key role in developing and mentoring audit teams. The Role Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients and act as their trusted advisor. Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency. Manage budgets, resources and deadlines across multiple assignments. Provide technical guidance and resolve complex audit matters. Support and develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring. Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development activities. About You ACA or ACCA qualified. Previous experience managing an audit portfolio. Strong technical audit knowledge and client-facing skills. Proven experience leading and developing teams.
