This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with extensive audit experience to join a supportive and ambitious business, managing a varied client portfolio while leading audit teams and supporting the continued growth of the department.The successful candidate will oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion, build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities Audit and Client Management Lead and oversee multiple audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are consistently achieved.Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout audit engagements.Review audit files, ensuring compliance with current auditing and accounting standards.Identify audit risks and provide practical solutions.Manage engagement budgets, monitor progress and address any variances.Oversee billing and resource allocation to ensure engagements remain within budget.
