You will be instrumental in guiding and developing the team while maintaining excellent client relationships.Responsibilities:• Planning, managing, and completing audit assignments to a consistently high standard.• Leading audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.• Reviewing audit work and providing clear, constructive feedback to junior team members.• Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues to support their professional growth.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.• Communicating effectively and professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.• Contributing to the ongoing success and development of the audit team and wider firm.• Demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development and technical excellence.Requirements:• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).• Proven experience working within an accountancy practice, including ..... full job details .....
