I''m working with an established accountancy firm in High Wycombe that is looking for someone to play a much bigger part in the growth of the business. Yes, you need to be technically strong. Yes, you need to be credible with audit clients. But the real opportunity here is around business development, relationship building and growth. The firm wants someone who can use their audit background as a platform to build deeper client relationships, generate new opportunities and help bring new work into the business. The opportunity You''ll take senior responsibility for a portfolio of audit clients, but that is only part of the role. A big part of your remit will be to help grow the firm. That will include: Building senior relationships with business owners, FDs and finance leaders Winning new audit clients Developing opportunities within the existing client base Cross-selling wider services across tax, accounts, outsourcing and advisory Leading pitches, tenders and new business meetings Building your own network in the local market Generating referrals and introductions Representing the firm at networking and business events Working with the leadership team on growth strategy Helping shape the ..... full job details .....
