This is an ideal role for someone looking to launch their career in accountancy with full training and support toward a professional qualification (AAT, ACCA, or ACA).

Your new role
As an Associate, you''ll gain hands-on experience across a range of clients and sectors, developing your technical skills while working alongside experienced professionals. You''ll be supported every step of the way with structured training, paid study leave, and mentoring.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements for limited companies, LLPs, and charities
• Support on statutory audits and compliance tasks
• Collaborate with audit and accounts teams to build strong client relationships
• Work within chargeable time budgets and meet project deadlines

What you''ll need to succeed

• At least 18 months UK-based external audit experience
• A strong academic background (A-levels or equivalent)
• A genuine interest in accountancy and professional development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to completing a professional qualification (AAT, ACCA, or ACA)
