An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audit Assistant Manager to join a leading national accountancy and advisory firm in Cheltenham, specialising in the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while leading audit engagements and developing your management experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.The RoleAs an Audit Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for managing audit assignments from planning through to completion while supporting the development of junior team members.Key responsibilities include:Managing and delivering statutory audits from planning to completionActing as the main point of contact for clients during fieldworkLeading and supervising on-site audit teamsReviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidanceWorking closely with Senior Managers and Partners on complex assignmentsManaging budgets, timelines and audit quality standardsSupporting client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional servicesContributing to the continuous improvement of audit processesAbout YouACA / ACCA / ICAS (or equivalent) qualifiedStrong audit experience within an accountancy practiceExperience supervising or managing audit teamsConfident managing client relationships and delivering work to tight deadlinesExperience working with complex groups or reporting structures would be advantageousWhat''s on OfferOpportunity to work with a diverse Not-for-Profit ..... full job details .....
