Working within the audit team, you will support managers and directors with the delivery of a busy client portfolio whilst taking ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and complete audit assignments.Coordinate audit teams and allocate work across assignments.Review audit files and provide feedback to junior staff.Prepare and review statutory accounts.Identify technical issues and discuss these with senior management.Act as the main point of contact for clients during assignments.Monitor budgets, deadlines and work in progress.Support the training and development of junior colleagues.Assist with wider advisory and business development work.Ensure compliance with current auditing and accounting standards.Candidate ProfileACA or ACCA qualified or nearing qualification.Strong audit experience within UK accountancy practice.Experience leading audit assignments.Comfortable managin...
