AUDIT and COMPLIANCE OFFICER ST ALBANS 40,000 - 45,000 HYBRID THE OPPORTUNITY: Get Recruited is working with an established and growing business based in St Albans that is looking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Officer to join its long-standing Compliance team.This is a varied role with a strong focus on internal auditing, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, quality and environmental management systems, non-conformance and continuous improvement.You''ll be joining a collaborative team where compliance is seen as a support function rather than simply a box-ticking exercise. You''ll work closely with teams across the business, understanding how processes operate in practice, identifying areas for improvement and helping colleagues maintain consistently high standards.This would suit someone with a few years'' experience within as a Quality and Compliance Officer, Quality Auditor, Internal Auditor, Quality Systems Officer, Quality Systems Coordinator, Quality Assurance Officer, Quality and Environmental Officer QHSE or HSEQ Officer who enjoys the problem-solving and people side of auditing and wants to broaden their experience within compliance.THE QUALITY and COMPLIANCE OFFICER ROLE:Delivering the annual internal audit programme across multiple departments, typically completing 2-3 audits per weekAuditing processes against ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and controlled documentationReviewing departmental processes and documentation ahead of audits, preparing questions and ..... full job details .....
