Clients rely on your expertise for making crucial business decisions and developing strategies, offering excellent learning opportunities for staff, as business advice is a significant aspect of the role.ResponsibilitiesPreparing accounts for statutory, management, and ad hoc purposesPlanning, budgeting, finalising audit files, and managing the audit process efficientlyCollaborating with the team to meet all deadlines and exceed client expectationsDelegating and overseeing work, providing learning strategies for traineesMentoring and supporting traineesIdentifying potential cost-saving opportunities or improvements for clients by challenging existing methodologiesSupporting Managers and Partners with their portfolios and special projectsRequirementsStrong team player with the ability to work independentlyQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) (ideally)Proficiency in various accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, and Iris is advantageous but not essential)Solid audit ..... full job details .....
