As an Audit Senior, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the manager in planning, performing, and completing audit assignments. Taking ownership of all aspects of audit fieldwork. Being actively involved in the budget-setting process and ensuring that tasks are completed within the agreed timelines and budgets. Preparing and reviewing high-quality audit documentation and drafting financial statements. Managing and prioritising your workload to meet deadlines effectively. Delegating tasks to junior team members, providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring to trainees when required. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, audit team members, and the wider firm. To succeed in this role, you ll need: A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or part-qualified with a solid level of practical experience and exam progress. A strong track record of leading onsite audits with the ability to take initiative and drive results. Excellent technical knowledge with a proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development.
