Accounts and Audit Semi Senior - DoncasterThe RoleBarber McLelland are working in partnership with a leading accountancy firm in Doncaster who are looking to appoint an Accounts and Audit Semi Senior Accountant.The firm are seen as one of the choice employers within the accountancy market in Doncaster, they have excellent training facilities and can provide individuals with a structured and supportive environment to continue their career development.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role of Accounts Semi Senior will work within a highly experienced team and will be responsible for the following:Assist with client auditing, forming part of an onsite audit teamThe preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companiesPreparation of personal and corporate tax computationsClient bookkeepingPreparation of Management AccountsSkills and QualitiesThe successful applicant must have developed a minimum of 3 years experience working within the accountancy profession and will be AAT qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA, individuals must have also developed some experience working within an audit environment.
