Audit and Accounts Manger / ACCA, ACA / Wimbledon - £40,000 - £45,000An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced accountant to join a leading accountancy firm based in Wimbledon. The ideal Audit and Accounts manager will join the growing accounts and audit team, as a manager, and part of the management team, reporting directly to the partners of the business.The ideal Audit and Accounts Manager, will be ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 5 years post qualification experience. This role would suit someone with a strong track record in audit and accounts preparation and who is currently managing a client base with work including audits and accounts, wishing to make a change, and move to a business where they will be developed and have a clear progression path. The Audit and Accounts manager will be responsible with the following:Plan and manage assignments effectively and within the agreed timescalePlay a key role in the management team, including strategic decisions, staff planning, and client serviceEnsure compliance with internal and external requirements, such as money laundering checks etcDeliver assurance services in accordance with the principles of the Client Service FrameworkPlay an active role in winning new clients, through networking, business development and initial meetings with potential new clientsManage key client relationships and expectationsMonitor budgets and agree fees for each engagementBe responsible for managing audit teams on various ..... full job details .....
